A DIMS data file does not have a predefined file extension. It contains a set of diffraction data. Each data line contains information of one reflection, i.e. the 4 diffraction indicies h, k, l, m, the structure-factor amplitude (Fobs) and phase (in degrees), and a mark specifying whether the phase is already known (specified as 1) or to be derived (specified as 0). Adjacent items within a line should separate with space(s). The file is ended by a reflection line with a negative Fobs.
