The only result of running DIMS, that would be automatically
displayed in the VEC window is the hklm
file, which contains Fobs and the associated phases derived by DIMS.
The file is by default dispayed in graphic
mode as shown on the following figure. Contents of the
window can be rotated by dragging the mouse within the window ( see the next figure;
more
details). The hklm file can be used for Fourier
map calculatiions or modeling.
There are two more output files:
The OUT1 file stores details of the
phasing process;
The OUT2 file stores structure-factor amplitudes and phases for the use of other
applications.
